Mr. Y. D. Wadaskar is an electronics engineer, has over 25 years of experience in design and development of embedded systems, cryptography and system software of various products. He founded WYSE Biometrics systems Pvt. Ltd, Pune, in 1993, which is in the business of design and manufacturing of electronic authentication products such as piracy prevention, web security and recently forayed into the field of fingerprint based Biometrics. He has successfully brought the first Indian designed and manufactured Biometric device in the year 2002. He has been awarded the Indian patent on network based biometrics device, while another patent on biometric payment application is pending.
Mr. Wadaskar is actively promoting and working on Biometrics in India and is currently working as the Convener of Biometric Working Group in Bureau of Indian Standards.
Devang , a graduate in commerce and business administration, is associated with the company since 1995, a truly financial and marketing maverick, he has always given a fresh perspective for every innovation and concept the company brought in. He is responsible for strategy and planning for the new products, new territories and new businesses.
Devang has a keen eye for product details, and often interacts on improvements and corrections on existing and new products with the R&D team. Apart from the technology business, he also has an active interests in projects for financial services, real estate and animal husbandry, which are operational in Mumbai and Gujrat.
She is an IT enthusiast who graduated in Computer Science. She has been associated with WYSE since the early 2009 and is currently involved in developing and managing the complete range of frontline products for WYSE. She is now spearheading a dynamic team of software developers for WYSE’s Cloud based software like ETAM, eLMS and payroll.
She actively seeks and keeps her knowledge bank updated on the latest trends and innovation in the world of Technology and implements them to fashion new processes and methodologies for the company products and services. Her vast range of knowledge and experience makes her one of the best trainers and a greatly valued mentor in our company. Her matured sense of leadership is greatly appreciated by her team members.
Her life revolves around her work and family which makes her an exemplary all rounder. Her favorite way of spending free time is to listen to music as she finds solace in it.
She is the good hearted employee of WYSE who completed her Engineering in Electronics in 1992. She has been working with WYSE since 2010 and is now leading the Support Team. She and her team of Engineers currently provide National and International client support for our entire range of products and services.
Her dynamic and pleasing personality is shared by her Team members and makes her team the life support for the services provided to our clients. Her contribution to the testing and quality control processes has allowed her to have a firm grasp on our in-house manufactured products which aids her to understand our client requirements and problems better. She has a charming disposition for interacting and helping out our clients with their problems and her determination to provide measurable solutions has always been rewarding for our customers and the company alike.
Mrinalini holds a special interest in poetry and indulges herself in writing them and other form of literatures in her free time. She is an avid reader and feels literature is the essence of building knowledge.
He is the brawn and brain of our company and is a versatile individual. He has a wide range of expertise in Electronic circuitry, PCB design, vendor development and new product implementations. He manages the Production Team of our company and strives to develop and deliver our state of the art products.
He has a curious outlook towards technology and actively works on the product R&D of the company. His in-depth knowledge about our hardware and software tools and products allows him to constantly innovate and re-design our products to best suit the client requirements. Hence he carries the major responsibility for our production and procurement processes for our Sentry and BioSentry products. He along with his production team’s technical know-how and impeccable talent forms the backbone of the Company.
Avadhut loves to explore and travel and takes every opportunity to do so. He also loves to sing and can often be noticed humming a tune to himself.
